What time do you check in and check out?

Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is until 11 a.m.

What happens if I arrive late at night?

We will have given you your room number by telephone explaining how to access the room and you will find the key on your bed, but you can always contact us by telephone if necessary.

Can I leave the room later?

Yes, depending on availability. For information regarding a late check-out time, contact reception the day before or the morning of departure.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept the most common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we accept our 4-legged friends with a supplement of €10 per night for a small dog (maximum 10 kg) and €20 for a large dog.

Do the rooms have safety deposit boxes?

Yes, all rooms have a free private safe.

Does the hotel offer non-smoking rooms?

All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking rooms.

What if I forgot/lost something at the hotel?

For any item that you have forgotten or lost at the Hôtel La Palunette, do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

If you wish, subject to notifying us in advance, you can leave your luggage, on the day of your arrival or the day of your departure, in our luggage storage.

Where can I leave my bike?

You can leave your bikes on your private terrace, they are safe because there is no access from the outside.

Do the rooms have a view of the pond?

Yes, all our rooms have a view of the Étang des Launes and have a private terrace.

Are the rooms air conditioned?

Yes, all our rooms are air conditioned but remember to do a little gesture for the planet when you leave the room and turn them off.
